I have visited veterinary practices over many parts of England. I have to say this practice is the most caring one I have ever been to. ALL the staff are friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff, the nurses, the vets all take time to explain everything in such a kind and caring manner. Thank you so much for looking after Bonnie who wasn’t even remotely afraid to return for her check up. In fact she couldn’t wait to go through the door. She used to shake with other vets. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They called me and recommended that although they could see my chinchilla, their exotic vet was no longer available and forwarded me another vet close by who might be more suitable for a chinchilla. I appreciate this veterinary practice for putting the welfare of my pet before custom, and shows that the people working here truly care about animals.

Thankfully, I’ve had a very healthy dog up until recently and in his old age. Both Hannah and Miles are so kind and caring, not only of your precious fur baby, but if faced with a heartbreaking situation, they are very sensitive of your feelings as well and will show kindness and empathy for you also. A very thorough, caring service which provided some much needed relief for my terminally sick dog. Was so lovely to see Miles too after all these years. He went to primary school with my sons. So, when I realised who he was, it was an added bonus to see him, especially under such worrying and distressing circumstances concerning my dog. I know my dog is in the best care at Bishops. They are absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them.

I have been with this vets for over 30 years. As you can imagine I’ve had a number of dogs. I recently got a new puppy, after the death of my springer. I have never considered moving vets. All the staff are friendly, supportive and professional. I can honestly say, I would 100% recommend them.
